Health Plans for ACEC Member Firms

The ACEC Life/Health Trust is an Association Health Plan that has been serving ACEC Member firms since 1965. We offer affordable, high quality health plans to over 1,300 ACEC Member firms nationwide.

Insurance Products

  • Fully Insured

    Our fully insured plan is offered in 36 states and is administered by UnitedHealthcare ® (UHC). We offer over 50 plan options with access to UHC’s national Choice Plus network of over one million providers.

  • Level Funded

    Our level funded plan is available in 33 states and administered by Meritain (an Aetna company). If your claims are less than expected, your firm may be eligible to receive unused funds at the end of the policy period.

  • Stop Loss

    Our stop loss reinsurance product is administered by Summit Re. Stop loss is for large firms that self-fund their insurance but need coverage for catastrophic claims.

  • Specialty

    Our specialty services include dental, vision, life and disability insurance and are administered by UnitedHealthcare. You can save when you bundle your medical and specialty coverage with the Trust.

Health & Wellness

The Trust partners with industry leaders to provide solutions to member firms that include financial incentives. Member firms enrolled in our medical plans have access to a dedicated wellness consultant at no additional cost. Members can access virtual services through UnitedHealthcare (Fully Insured Plan) and Teladoc (Select Level Funded plan), access discounted Fitbit tracking devices and gym memberships through our partnerships with Active&Fit Direct (Select Level Funded plan) and One Pass Select (UHC Fully Insured Plan).
