Elements of Fun: Making Time for Play
Play allows us to relieve stress and keeps us feeling young. Play also helps us develop and improve social skills. Encouraging time for play at work and at home can boost productivity and innovation. This webinar will offer you a variety of fun and engaging activities that you can incorporate into your workday with co-workers and at home with your family and friends.

A caregiver is someone who provides care for a person who needs extra help with medical or personal needs. It is typically someone with a chronic illness, disabling condition, or is an older adult who cannot care for themselves. About 40% of caretakers felt emotionally stressed, 20% said it caused financial problems, and 20% felt physically strained.
