
Onsite Health Screenings
The ACEC Life/Health Trust recognizes the importance of small businesses. Often, employee benefits for small firms differ from those for larger firms. Access to preventive care should not depend on company size. Therefore, we are offering a free* onsite health screening for employees and their dependents to ensure convenient access to health screenings, health risk assessments, and laboratory screenings.
Please complete the below refundable payment of $400 for your onsite screenin event. If you are an employer hosting two screening events, please pay for two events.
These onsite screening events are being offered to firms with locations that have less than 50 employees. If you are enrolled in a medical plan through UHC, there are additional onsite screening event options for your locations with 50 employees or more.
Participation requirement: To qualify for a *free screening, firms must have 95 percent employee participation in the onsite screening event. Firms must pay a $400 deposit (per screening location) that will be refunded after validation of the participation requirement.
Firms that do not achieve a minimum of 75 percent employee participation per screening location are prohibited from participating in this program for three years (from the date of the screening event).
Multiple employer sites: Firms may choose one location for the event. However, if an employer has multiple locations, they are eligible for two screening events at two locations if each location has at least 30 employees. If a firm does not have at least 30 employees in a single location (but has more than 30 employees) they may select one location for one screening event. The participation requirement and $400 deposit apply to each screening location.
